Cool Gear Inc. is a super neat company. They have filtration bottles, travel mugs, kids bottles, stay fit lunch kits, chiller cups, and freeze and lock food storage containers.
 
I received the freeze and lock containers for review. I got the square ones. They also have round and rectangular ones.

 
You get three containers. Small, medium and large. The large is huge. It is perfect for leftovers.
 
The lids have gel in them that when placed in the freezer will freeze. Because the containers lock and are pretty air tight, you could freeze leftovers or whatever in them. My husband uses them for his lunches when he takes left overs. The lid helps keep his food fresh since he can’t put his food in the fridge some weeks. This is because he sometimes works alone as the only Sgt. on duty at the prison. He can’t just come and go as he pleases. He said that the lid kept the food cold until he was ready to microwave it. There is a microwave in the office. I like being able to use them in the fridge or freezer.
 
So far, I have frozen leftover mashed potatoes and reheated them, used them for regular storage in the fridge, and used them for my husbands lunch. I really like these. They lock tight and even if you drop it, it doesn’t come open. Yes, I dropped one. We also have sugar ants really bad here. The ants can not get in the container. I love that!! I am going to have to order more just for that!!
