Frego Review and Giveaway

This is the Frego container. “What makes it so special and different from other containers?”,You may ask. Well, Frego containers are break resistant glass with a silicone cover and sleeve.

I love this little container. It holds 2 cups and stays cool to the touch when microwaved. The glass gets hot, but the silicone cools down quickly. This is perfect for Boogerhead and her raviolis. I microwave and she is able to immediately touch the container as the silicone is cool and safe for her little hands. it is great for Dad when he takes leftovers to work also.
I also really like the lid on this container. I have never seen a lid like this.

The lid not only grips the glass part of the container but the silicone as well. I tested this by turning it upside down, sideways, and I shook it too. No mess! You have to push the lid down and check it to ensure it is gripped to the silicone properly, but it works.
Frego has agreed to let me give away one of their containers to a lucky reader. Enter the rafflecopter below.

That is exactly what I need for hubby’s lunches! I hate sending our regular containers with any sort of red sauce because then they stain. This would save everything basically. Thanks for letting me know about this!

That looks like an awesome container, and I need new food storage! I really love the green, but hubby would love the orange, and the boys would probably want blue…
